Keep Your Pets In OR Nuisance Animals Out
The Havahart® Above Ground Electric Fence Kit creates both a physical and a psychological barrier that keeps your pets safely inside your yard. The fence wires deliver a memorable static correction when animals come into contact with it, which causes your pet to avoid getting too close and solves many escape problems. In the same way, this electric fence is a great tool for keeping other small nuisance animals and predators out of your yard, garden, pond, mulch beds and more.
This fence is only recommended for dogs 6 months and older and weighing 15 lb or more.

We apologize for this experience and are happy to help.
A number of things on the fence could prevent the flow of electricity. The fencing experts on our Consumer Relations Team will be glad to provide troubleshooting assistance and make sure that the fence is operating properly. Please give us a call at 1-855-5-FISHOCK (1-855-534-7462).
Review RateWorks perfectlyWe purchased this as a last resort for our large Dacschund, who has a chronic wandering nature and simply must dig out under the fence. We have tried invisible fences, shock collars, and barricades, but he always managed to escape. Once we installed the Havahart, we showed him and our other 3 small dogs that there was something new there and told them "NO!". Later that afternoon there was a yelp of surprise from Gus, who immediately went to the other side of the yard and has not gone near the fence again...nor have the other 3! We have left the fence "live" to be sure there is no 2nd attempt, but will probably unplug it soon. VERY happy...Gus was startled, but not injured in any way!
