The Safer® Brand magic start® grass patch northwest (region) Lawn Repair is an easy and effective way to repair bare and thin spots in your lawn. This complete patch product contains seed, starter, fertilizer, and mulch and covers 100 square feet. 100% natural condensed mulch turns green when watered. This product contains nitrogen (.5%) which makes the lawn green, phosphate (1%) which creates good, sturdy roots and potassium (1%) which acts as a disease fighter. Nitrogen also neutralizes pet damage areas.

This powder and granular mixture is of Tall Fescue for northwest geographic areas.
