I put this feeder up over the weekend and the birds love it. It's a great idea that works almost as well as the idea.
The only downside is I was not able to get the feeder to have the water tube higher than the seed tube as shown in the picture. I wanted this so that the seed would stay out of the water, however, no matter how I hung it, the water tube was at least at the same level as the seed tube. In addition, when the see tube was on the long arm of the hanger, it would slide towards the center of the hangar because the water side was so much heavier.
I finally tied a string around the far end of the feeder to keep the seed tube from sliding towards the center. Now the seed tube hangs lower than the water tube.

This is such a great feeder! Not only is it beautiful, but I love that it has two separate feeders. Because it's winter and I don't want to put water in the feeder right now, I've put birdseed in both of the feeders, but as soon as the temps go up above freezing, I'll have water in the one intended as a watering feeder. It's truly gorgeous, and my birds (chickadees, titmice, Carolina wrens, house finches, nuthatches, goldfinches, cardinals, pine siskins and more) truly enjoy them, too!
