The birds and I love this feeder because it holds a lot of seed. Unfortunately, either deer or squirrels chewed the adjustable outlets. When I called for replacement parts, a cheerful man said they would be sent promptly and without charge. It's great dealing with such a user friendly retailer. I hope their phone system improves.

I have enjoyed feeding birds most of my life, and owned many varieties of feeders, but as I approach the big 70 I am sold on the Opus Feeders and have been for years. Not only are they a great lasting feeder, I have never bought
a feeder that a company will stand behind it to the point of replacing the whole feeder if damaged years later. I would strongly recommend anyone who want a feeder that is easy to take apart and clean out, made of long lasting material, and a very attractive addition to your area to buy the triple tube bird feeders...your birds will love you for it, from what I can see all of their other feeders appear to be as nice.
