Review RateWorks perfectlyWe purchased this as a last resort for our large Dacschund, who has a chronic wandering nature and simply must dig out under the fence. We have tried invisible fences, shock collars, and barricades, but he always managed to escape. Once we installed the Havahart, we showed him and our other 3 small dogs that there was something new there and told them "NO!". Later that afternoon there was a yelp of surprise from Gus, who immediately went to the other side of the yard and has not gone near the fence again...nor have the other 3! We have left the fence "live" to be sure there is no 2nd attempt, but will probably unplug it soon. VERY happy...Gus was startled, but not injured in any way!
